The Itrader system is a very powerful tool to monitor transactions similar to the rating system on Ebay.
There are a few checks to ensure a feeback score is valid for a specific transaction. The software will ensure that the hostname matches up with this forum and at least one of the two people in the deal was the person who created the thread. The maximum allowed time (30 days) a person can submit a return rating for a deal they have been rated for. A return rating can still be submitted via the detail page if truly necessary.The moderators will recieve notifications of negative feedback.
From the Market Place you can enter feedback for a user. Click on the trader rating and follow the link.
