SL/R129: Remove A-pole sheet metal

Remove A-pole sheet metal
Everyone seem to know everything here, exept for me :o

Well, here is a chance for all of you guys to shine.

How do I remove the sheet metal on the A-pole? I have found 3 screws. Two on top, one in bottom (yellow rings).

I´m replacing all rubber on the car, and now am I going to change the rubber around the window.

I think they slide up in the direction of the A pillar but I think you also need to remove the trim from the inside of the A pillar. Not easy...
