My wife and I drove down to Cabrillo National Monument on the tip of Point Loma in San Diego today. We had a great time cruising in the SL. On the way down, we were leading a pack of 10 bikers on Harleys who turned into Fort Rosecrans cemetery. We ate lunch and fed the birds and squirrels. Then we went down the Bayside Trail and watched the boats sailing in and out of San Diego Bay. Cruised down to see the "Festival of Sail" - many tall ships in the harbor.

Summer in San Diego - it doesn't get much better than this!

I looks like it was a nice day for cruising the coast.

The AMG wheels and body trim do look very nice on your silver car.

Did you fight over who got to drive? At least my wife is happy to let me do all the driving.

Hi Fais & ChrisB:

Thanks for the compliments. It was indeed a beautiful day for a drive along the coast, although we both ended up with too much sun despite all the sun block we put on.

I got to drove the whole route. My wife doesn't drive much these days.
