SL/R129: broken hard top

broken hard top
Help save my brothers life, my dad is on vacation right now and he will be coming back on tuesday. My brother had the smart idea to take my dad's clk320 for a ride but the kid is 16 years old, doesnt have his liscense, he just doesnt know how to drive. So he took the car and i guess he though he was in reverse but was actually in drive and drove right into my dads hardtop for his SL500, he hardtop is history.
I'm going to need some prices for a new and used hardtop for a 2002 SL500, im going to try the dealership tomorrow but its probably going to be really expensive, where else can i get one of those?
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated
