Bad luck Mark.
Last year had 2 scrapes in my mini... within 2 days of each other! First was a Land Rover that crunched my driver side rear corner, and then two days later a Celica went into a front wing! Was I unhappy!!!!
The merc is fine though. The snows starting to fall.... I think I might mothball it for a few weeks. Just to be on the safe side.

I was driving into a Starbucks today and absent mindedly cut the corner too tight.
My wife screamed out there is a curb right there.
I stopped and corrected my turning radius.
Good thing. Lots of cars have hopped that island. I was glad that I did not.
I should have been driving the Jeep for that type of maneuver!

i have an appointment at 7 am on monday. 150$ and it looks brand new! (this is not my first time with the job being done.) one of my pet-peeves is when people "jump" the curb. and i did it today, and i payed the price. be careful with your gooses' guys!!

150 to repaint the bumper, that's not a bad price. How's the quality and finish? Is it prone to rock chips? If you don't mind me asking, where is this place located? I've been thinking about repainting my front bumper, since there is a small crack on the bottom, but I'm still unsure if I want to do that yet.

it was not the whole bumper that needed repainting, lust one of the little "ridge" on the front bottem. the finnish looks great, about the rock chips.... my car is very low and i drive fast, so my front bumper is very aclimated to rock chips-
