For my 97' SL 320?
They come with tires and everything...brand new..good deal or no? Would they fit my SL?
I really want to get them, they would be a nice upgrade to my current SL's.

The wheels you need for the factory spec are:
8J x 16H offset 34 (light alloy)
8J x 16H offset 35 (steel - winter)

As long as the width is ok for you (8.5 is a bit narrow for the back) you should be ok. Most people fit the rear slightly wider at say 10". Have you tried to talk to http://www.tirerack.com. You can at least get a comparitive tire/wheel deal estimate.
