Exclamation Newbie needs help

I just bought a 1997 SL320 a week ago.And I have some questions,If you can help me out that will be great.thanks for your all comments.

1)I would like to put 18inch rims,Which one do you guys recommend and what offset should I go and tires size???

2)What do you think about Eibach springs?Should I lower it?
I want to have the car best looking without rubber.

Also what is the differences between replica AMG rims and official AMG rims?

Look at the different photo posts -- the offical photo post at the top will give you a good sample. I like the wheels here:

My car is the silver one in there, I like my wheels, but I think the ones on the red car are great.

I think the difference is about $5,000 U.S.

Welcome DeJaVu.........
1. A nice offset for the R129 18inch are 24ET front and 26ET rear......
Tire size front 245 -40 -18 rear 275 -35 -18.........

2. Eibach springs are good.....ride nice........ with the offset I give you, you won't rub.......

3. replica AMG made in china, no AMG logo on wheel, and cost less........real AMG made in Germany, have AMG logo, and cost more........

Good luck with your choice.........
