Thumbs up I need a NEW Independent shop in San Diego???????

I'm looking for a new independent shop in San Diego that really knows there stuff, gets things done right the first time with minimum labor cost. My last (very well known) independent shop re-built my last MBZ one part at a time over 5 years. I think I paid for that car 3-4 times over... and never wanted to see those theifs again. Can anyone recommend a great honest independent in the San Diego area (not LA or OC) that can help me with my R129? I'm not a "Dealer kind of guy." Thanks in advance!!!!!!

I live in Irvine so I'm sorry that I cannot give you a name in SD but please take a look at the following site. Hope it helps.

I've gone to Beemer & Benz on Garnet for a couple of oil changes. They seem good, but then again that might be the shop you're talking about. Also had some work done at Extreme Motorsports (www.extremems.com), which is over by the San Diego Mercedes dealership.

rebuilding a car is always expensive, and who forced you to keep using the same shop if they were "thieves"?

I realize that this is an old thread but I just did a search for my shop and found it. We've been around since 1996 and my wife and I are the owners as of January 2007. We're both active duty military so we're absentee owners, but we have a great General Manager who runs the daily operations.

Feel free to ask me any questions.
