Plastic bumper repaint
I called out a mobile service that repaints cars at your location. Mostly plastic bumper repair and paint. In my case someone had repainted my front bumper, prior to my purchase, but they did not prep the surface properly. They left what is know as Fish Eyes in the paint. This was probably do to oil left on the surface and not cleaned off properly prior to paint.
"Just paint it and get it out the door." I hate that kind of attitude.
So with about 90 minutes worth of labor(mostly sanding) and 040 paint my car's black front bumper looks like new. At first I was concerned about dust getting into the paint but that was no problem. I asked to be there first customer so they started at 9AM and where done at 10:30AM. No wind and about 70+ degrees. Cost $200.00
Note: quotes ranged from $625-$200. I choose these guys because they had done two other cars at my work and those people where satisfied and I liked what I saw as the end result.

My black '92 has the "old school" grey bumpers and side trim. I have always wanted to have them painted black to match the body color. Has anyone done this, and any thoughts on price?
