SL/R129: no low speed wipers

no low speed wipers
my 1991 500sl only has high speed wiper function no low or medium speeds. Can anyone tell me where to start looking for a fix? thanks

Dude, sounds like you have some serious electrical issues, between the seat and the wipers...Not being a d*ck, but is there any flood history on the car?

no flood damage at all
cars has spent its whole life in central texas.

the relay? the hazard lights and switch works, the turn indicator lights and switch works. so wouldnt that seems to lean toward rely being ok. unless low and medium speeds are seperate relay? help would be appreciated!

Hi,
My intermittent wiper speed does not work but slow and high is working fine. When I swap the realy, the intermittent work. I'm inclined to say that the relay is the cause of it. At the moment I'm looking at the relay to fix my signal which is not working ..kind of hard to drive without the ability to signal ....dangerous ..
If you have someone who drive a similar model, try swapping the relay to determine the problem ... good luck.
