Question for Dealer re. cost of stand for top
Hello,
I'm close to deciding on one of these R129's and am very hyped up about it, but it appears the prior owner lost the stand for the top in transition. What is te cost to replace that thing?
Both tops are with the car; it's just the stand I'm talking about, for when I want to go rag-topped and leave the hardshell in the garage, but off the floor.
Thanks for your help!

vixapphire,
The top stands are nice, and for a few dollars more you can get a manual ceiling hoist. These tops, on the stands take up a good amount of room. With the hoist, it's up near the ceiling and can be put on/off (with practice) as a 1 person operation.

I know; the hoist is great, except that I'm not sure the HOA will let me install it here in the condo in which I live. Another fellow has an R129 and the top & stand fit well in front of the car.
