Where to find replacement grille?
couple o the blades on my silver arrow's chrome grille got bent up in a garage-parking incident recently, and i'm now in the market for a (hopefully inexpensive) replacement. looking at the NOS retailers i've found, it all looks north of $800 (and that's for the non-silver-arrow grille), which is far more than i'm looking to pay.
anyone have any advice on where i might find something that works without breaking the bank?

yeah; i looked at that a long time. looks good in black, only half-decent in silver. add to the fact that my car's silver is the unusual 777 highly-metallic paint, not the standard brilliant silver, and a silver with chrome-tips version of the one you've got wouldn't work.
i opted with another grille on ebay today; it's smoke chrome (more like the early-mid 90's sl's, i think), which isn't the bright chrome that's on the silver arrows, but i think it'll look ok. if not, i can always go somewhere and have it rechromed in bright.

Got the grille today from the seller on ebay, named "175535"; a guy in Taipei.
I have to say I'm very very happy with this transaction; basically a brand new stock SL grille with an authentic star, and including an authentic hood badge for good measure. Very good seller that I'd recommend anyone use if given a choice.
