I would assume none over the stock output, as they are OEM replacement parts.

I would focus on the headers for some gains, as the factory ones are tiny. Some ceramic coated long tubes would do wonders for both of our cars. If you know a good exhaust shop, I would look into that, because there is a bundle of power locked up there. The M119/M120 deserves better than those steel-stamped excuses for exhaust manifolds.
