I've heard that Dennis does a good job. And it would be nice to save some $. But the wife is out of town now. And he won't be back till the 20th. Do you think it would be worth it for me to buy the parts new for 125+tax? Or are teh rebuilds just as good?

Red,
Dennis did my front pair a couple years ago, and I've had no issues whatsoever. Even if I did, Dennis warrants his rebuilds for 3 years, meaning 3X Mercedes' for 1/3 the cost. Trust Dennis-

Bob,

Sounds good. I'll send them to Dennis. Thanks for the reply.

At the risk of sounding ignorant (which I certainly am), who is Dennis? I am taking delivery of my '01 SL500 in the next hour, and he sounds like someone I want to know.

Thanks guys.
