97 SL500 rearview mirror adjustment for taller drivers?
Looking to see if anyone has done any modifications to the SL500 rearview mirror to make it better suited for us taller folks? This is the manual mirror, not the motorized model that was on the earlier models. My seat is already at it's lowest point and the seatback angled as far as comfortable/possible.

It looks like I might be able to take off the front piece and dremel out the circle a bit deeper so that it will tilt up more? Does anyone have any other ideas or suggestions?

Unfortunately I have the same issue & I have explored options...none available to this point. Please let me know if you get creative
