Hi I just got a 98 sl 500. Great car but having a few issues. One thing is that it takes a while to start sometimes, it has a slow pickup esp when you drive it in the morning, today the engine died after i tried to give a little gas, and for some reason when you try to floor it or give a lot of gas it either has a slow pickup or sometimes teh car will jerk and its really fast, and when i have slow pick up once i reach 60 it gets really slow to get to 80 again unless i put it into 3rd gear manually. I know all of this is related i just can figure out what it might be

second thing, the hardtop isnt put in right and so theres a lot of wind and because of the rain its even leaked a little inside, any guide online to how to put on and remove the hardtop properly, thanks a lot guys
