Offsets
Can anyone tell me what the offsets are on 19" wheels on a 96' SL 600?

And would you happen to know if these would fit a 2004 E320 wagon?

CL55, SL500, E350
R129 never came with 19" wheels so those must be aftermarket. You would have to check with the seller. However, if the wheels are non-aggressive setup, they might fit 2004 W211.
