Ifinally had this issue resolved, just a few days ago I started the car up since the car was sitting for a few weeks, the battery died so I had it replaced. Once i replaced it, the issue resolved itself so I believe the battery was the culprit, probably not charging or have sufficient current to run the car....

I ALSO FOUND THIS REPLY!... TO SOMEONE,S ASR ISSUE!
IF MY BATTERY CHECKS-OUT THEN I WILL LOOK INTO THIS SUGGESTION!
If you want my advice just replace trans neutral switch, I had the same problem with one of my customers car and the problem solved. BTW did you inspect the harness?
