Hi folks, here is my predicament. I have a customer whose 1992 500SL was invaded by field mice and they did a great job of chewing up the engine wiring harness. This part(1295409905) is no longer produced or available from MBUSA or MB Classic center. Does anyone here know of a source for this item? I would really like to help this client out. An 86 500SL? Or a 96 SL500? Which engine harness - upper, lower or body mounted? I would think they'd all be available for the 96 - certainly not available anywhere else. Some people rebuild them themselves.

getting some of these parts from benz is brutal i needed a head gasket for a 6l v8 when benz didnt own amg after a month of emails and phone calls in the middle of the night and finally i talked to a women and boy did i get some answers from all the people who told me they could not help me well all of a sudden everybody was emailing me telling me they had the gasket no problem and any other parts i needed so stutgard germay is the answer .they have it

and to all those who ***** about spelling and such and you now who you are sorry for the spelling
