I am driving a 2001 SL500 and with the new Cell Phone driving laws, its just a matter of time before i get pulled over for talking on my cell phone while driving.
Does anybody have any experience with a new radio install that includes Bluetooth that, most importantly, works well while driving with the top down or do they all pretty much stink with the top down due to the wind. I'm in desperate need of some help here. Thanks.

At $700, thanks for the suggestion but OUCH! I think i would be better off upgrading the whole radio unit for that price. At least that way, i would get the bluetooth plus an mp3 connection and possibly even more.
Am i missing something? Why would i want to shell out $700 just for the bluetooth alone?

Well the Argos is very simple, the real issue is Mercedes items are not inexpensive in comparison to Toyota for example. Your car is completely fiber optic based (not wired like an old school car), and it is quite sophisticated. Bluetooth for your car can be installed in about 4-5 minutes, but currently as of March 2011, the price is $699
