Hi -

Does anyone know where I can find chrome exhaust tips for my '98 R129. My exhaust pipes are the type that point down at the end. I have looked almost everywhere. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Performance Products have them. Does require trimming the existing pipes to fit.

Rahray - Thank you for your response. I looked at Performance to see what they offered. Unfortunately, they are discontinued. Thanks though for your suggestion.

there is one on ebay but its pretty pricy! just for the tip i think its 400.
You can make a whole new muffler set up for that price! o_O

Hi Armando74. I actually looked at these. They are a little pricey, but fine. The problem is that the '98 has downturned pipes. I would have reconfigure them, cutting them back adn suc. Also, these tips are oval, where my pipes are straight, side-by-side pipes. Not sure that they would fit properly. But thanks for the referral. I apreciate it very much.
