If the cluster is a little tight, it's recommended to remove the pad under the dash & give a little assistance pushing out on the cluster from behind. Make sure when inserting the tools to insert far enough that when twisted you're pulling from the back. Also note the location in the video where the tools are inserted. Also note that the steering wheel needs to be moved out and down to enable removal.
Mine was tight enough that I removed part of the rubber friction tape to enable easier future removal.

Sorry, can't recall which color was required. IIRC there were a couple of choices from Autohausaz and I just ordered one of each. Of course after you've removed it the first time, it's absolutely nothing to do it again, especially if you insure it isn't in as tight.
