SL/R129: Identify the switches

Identify the switches
Other than the obvious switches, can anyone identify the others. The one to the left of the headlight switch. The 2nd and 3rd from the left under the climate control and the ones on the center console below the gear shift. Any help is appreciated.

First picture ... OEM on SL600 and option on others. Used to raise the car up when replacing tires/wheels (should state it in your manual)
Second picture ... used to calculate fuel usage ... not available on US model
Third picture ... I used to remember but I forgot what they are at the moment

Thanks, I have downloaded the SL owners manual but since this is a gray market car, the switches I'm trying to identify are not in the US version manual.
