Misfire/Fuel Starving? Slow Acceleration

Hi all,

Sometimes after I park the car overnight or after a few hours, and I drive it again, it has trouble accelerating. Almost like its starving for fuel or misfiring. If you stop the car, the idle is very lumpy.

I'm thinking fuel filter or a bad coil? Although maybe its not a fuel filter because shutting the car off and back on it seems to solve the problem.

This may or may not relate to cold weather. I have tried some HEET and also seafoam a week or two ago but it hasn't seem to have fixed the problem.

Thanks all!!
