Today I was on my way to test drive a new used e500 for myself for work. I was meeting my dad got lost and to make a long story short got pissed swung a u-turn while on the phone in my '97 SL 500 and smashed into a curb...

bent the passenger lower control arm and pushed the wheel back in the wheel well about an inch or so...

I have ordered a new lower control arm and will start tearing the front apart tomorrow to see what else may be destroyed.

hopefully that will be the majority of the issue, any one with experience in the bent control arm arena let me know, what else I should consider replacing...

Anyone have any of these... what an idiot stories?
