SL600 Rear Suspension Sag

The rear suspension drops on my 2002 SL600 when it is parked for more than about a week. When the car starts, the suspension comes back to normal ride height. The suspension rises as normal in either of the two higher positions using the dash switch.

Is this a pretty good indicator that the hydraulic accumulators on the rear suspension are shot?
