other then the dealer there isn't many places you can get those because the way the keys are made is very unique so they cant be copied. what is wrong with yours?

The key itself is fine. The infra red entry stopped working. I opened the key fob and found tape holding the PC board together. I checked the batteries and found one bad. The electrical connections were taped together. After I took the tape off I could not see how they went. I replaced the batteries and tried several combinations but could not get it to work. I also reset it by factory instructions. Still no good.

There is a guy on ebay that claims he can repair them. Otherwise you can go to the deal er and get a new one for $250 and you can synch it yourself I think by opening the drivers door using the key and then sticking it into the ignition and turning the key on. Might want to check the forum for details. Also you can buy one from a junk yard but you also have to get the key computer that goes in the trunk so it recognizes your fob. Then you have to change the key by taking it apart and replacing with your key.

the electronic part of the car needs to be functioning too. ( check the fuse box under the hood ) I bought a new/spare fob from the dealer after proof of ownership. It is worth the cost to me.
