AC Switch ?
I have a 1995 SL320, AC works but only for a while then it stops on ti's own while driving. After I drive a while longer then it comes back on, on it's own. I can't figure out whether it's the AC High Pressure switch on the side of the drier, or maybe a Aux Fan switch..that's bad..any Ideas..? The engine is NOT overheating.
Thanks for any Help...

Since no one has opined, here is my results from a repair maintain project.
The strap that hods the blower motor disconnected, a high pitch sound that altered with various conditions ( temp, turning, loudness of stereo, or wife ). The R&R let me lub the wiper motor slide system, reconnect and renew the vac system connections, clean out the air duct and leaf collector parts and add new CPU paste between the heat sink fan cage and the sensor.
The net of all the work was a very sensitive temp wheel! I get what I dial in on the automatic setting with smooth blower transition.
Don't know if your observation of "on and off" A/C is related but I love telling a good story!
