SL/R129: Re: Brabus rims and center bore size

Re: Brabus rims and center bore size
I got a set of Brabus mono5 2 pcs rims in size 8.5 and 9.5 X 18" ET35 for my SL. I used 15mm H&R spacers front and rear to get the correct offset of ET20 for the 129. Problem is, I just realized the conter bore on the the rims is larger than the center bore of the car. The H&R spacers have a center bore off 66.5mm which fits the 129's (and I think most benzes') center bore fine.
Any guys here know what type of benz has a center bore bigger than 66.5mm? around 75mm?
Anyone know where I can get hubcentric rings to fit the larger center bore to the 129 SL's center bore?
Thanks.

All the ricer wheels come with plastic hub ring spacers to get it bigger to fit the hub, but you could have custom wheel spacers made with correct hub size for the sl to the wheels.
Machine shop maybe?

Center Rings
Hi There, 13 years later I am having the same problem. Just got the Mono V 19's to put on my 1998 SL500. Having issues with lugs and rings. I am hoping you are still on this forum and hope you can help. Thanks, H
