Remove and replace shifter stick and knob
Hello I am a newbie to the Mercedes world I just acquired a 91 SL and need to replace the stick and shifter knob. I have the new one and it is threaded but after trying the one in the car it seems a bit tight. The question is whether or not to torque the old one off or is there any other steps I need to take.
