Blower motor

Hello all,

Does any one know where the blower relay is located? My blower is stuck on even after I remove the key. I thought I had a bad battery since one morning I woke up to a dead battery. I had it recharged and got the car up and running but when I turned it off o can hear the blower still running. I have to pull the fuse under the hood so it will not kill my battery.

Also does any one know how to re fill the hydrolic tank for the top?
