SL/R129: Throttle Position Sensor

Throttle Position Sensor
Hello All:
I have just joined this Forum for search of my vehicle info. I have a California 1990 300SL and I am trying to locate the "Throttle Position Sensor". I have a error code 2[2 flashes] from the LED on the 16-pole Diagnostic Connector[located in engine compartment] Model R129. I have read that Code 2 for my model is related to a "throttle positioning sensor" error. I have changed[New] the Throttle Position Switch and lubricated all the throttle linkages to no avail. I would like to change the Sensor and cannot seem to locate it. Can anyone help me with a reference photo or other information?
