SL/R129: Uneven idle and engine pressure problem

Uneven idle and engine pressure problem
As the headline says I have a problem with an uneven idle and engine pressure. It started after I added a injector cleaner to the fuel. I have checked the MAS and it works as it should.
History: I had a leaking radiator 3 weeks ago that in some way also made my A/C stop working, and now the belt has started to make really loud squeaking noises sometimes - it comes and goes, but the sound is really loud.
Can anyone help?

What do you mean by engine pressure? Is that oil, as read from the instrument cluster? Radiator pressure? Compression check from the spark plug reader? AC as read from an air conditioner recharge system?
Is the noise from belt or pully?
Any vac system leaks?
Have you obtained a OBD II evaluation?
