The other night after 15 minutes of being turned on, the passenger side low beam went out. When I got home I turned the lights off and back on and the light came back on normally. Would the ballast be the most likely culprit? I found a picture of an R129 with the front bumper removed and the ballast appeared to bolted to the side of the frame. My car has a black plastic cover that has two screws(bolts?) attaching to the back edge of the bumper. Would removing this cover give me access to the ballast?
