Top lock latch problems
When I first got my R129 the hydraulics worked fine with no leaks but in a few weeks I noticed that the seal in the left top lock was leaking. I also noticed that when either the hardtop or soft top released it was with quite a pop on this same side while the right one was just a clicking sound. I fixed the seals on the left latch and it again worked well for a few weeks but was still popping strongly when the top released off the windshield. Is there some mechanical adjustment to center the actuating pin through the hole so that it aligns better. My lock seal is again leaking.
