My car has no turn signals when they are turned on. There is no green arrow on the dashboard either. The hazards do not work as well. But, if the alarm goes off, all the turn signals work just fine!!! All of the fuses were checked as well. Finally, none of the dash works on the car. I don't know if these problems are related, but any help would be appreciated.

is the dash unplugged?
The turn signal module could be non functional
The alarm system may energize the light bulbs thru a different circuit
