SL/R129: Trunk Stop Light

Trunk Stop Light
I'm new to the forum - great to have a place to discuss the SL's. Anyone know how to replace the bulb(s) in the trunk stop light? I can get the access door off but not sure how to get at the bulbls themselves. Since they are all not working, it may be a bad connection. Any help?

I had the same problem. There is a wire that runs aloing the passenger side trunk hinge that is prone to breaking or snapping. Trace this wire. I'm will to bet that you will find your problem!
