possible CKP issue, if not running out of ideas

Symptoms -Vehicle has starts fine, rough idle at times, stalls when it approaches 80C, cant be restarted until it cools off
-I cant fine any harness locations that appear to be degrading
-Cap and rotor are not in the best of shape were cleaned but doesn't seem consistent with the current issue

Diagnostic Steps Performed/Parts Replaced -Fuel Rail maintain 3.5bar
-Fuel Pressure regulator replaced
-Engine mounts
-Trans Mount
-Knock sensor was replaced when trans was rebuilt
-Trans Removed and Rebuilt
-Radiator replaced with trans
-Rear Diff resealed
-New engine harness in 2011
-Replaced the CKP twice, neither unit shows within the 700-1400 ohm range, shows open both cold and warm
-Checked caps and rotors, condition is not stellar, but not consistent with the stalling only when warm

Codes that register once the engine dies are

2 Maximum Retardation Achieved
3 ECT B11/9 From LH2 - SFI Implausible
6 Camshaft Position Sensor L5/1
P0009 Undocumented Code
P000A Undocumented Code
11 Reference Resistor R16/2
12 Tn Engine Speed Signal (Output) Short Circuit

Details of Question I'm at a bit of a loss on what to try next. Seems off that the CKP is not in range, I don't have a control at the moment to compare it to. Does anyone have a 95 that can test their CKP and let me know if it comes back with 700-1400 ohms resistance?

Try this

I'm not sure what the "CKP" is that you mentioned is but this is a classic symptom of the crank position sensor failure. These are cheap ($80) and easy to replace so give it a shot.

Crankshaft sensor measurements

I measured CKP in my MB 1995 SL500. Cold= 840 Ohms, Hot: 1160 Ohms.
I have the same condition: When it gets hot @ 80C. The car starts to shake and dies. I will re-start after it get cool @ 30 Minutes.

FWIW per the WIS the spec for the sensor resistance is 680 to 1200 Ω, no temperature range is stated. If you have access to an oscilloscope the output should look like this:
