Has anyone experienced the following?

When I turn on the rear defroster, (light is on), the windshield wiper does not work and so is the rear defroster

If i turn on the windshield wiper and then the defroster, the wiper will continue to work until turned and on and will not come back on again

Now for the other weird part, if the connector to the defroster on the rear driver side of the hardtop is removed, same scenario happens.

Any idea? Thank you in advance
