1990 500SL cold start valve injector question
Background: My car is extremely hard to start when it has been sitting overnight or after it is shut off for a few hours. When it does finally start, it bucks and runs terribly until it finally warms up. I cleaned the injectors and replaced the injector seals, but it didn't help.
This evening, I tested the electrical connector for the cold start valve injector for voltage and there was voltage present when the ignition is on. After that, I pulled the injector and turned on the ignition and no fuel sprayed out of the injector. It does have good fuel pressure to the injector. Am I correct to assume that this injector is bad, or is something else amiss?

Update: I bench tested the injector with a good 12v power source and the injector is operational. I then tested voltage at the injector connector on the car and it only reads 11.65v. Not enough voltage to power the injector? Where should I go from here?
