Headrest Issue
Hi All,
I have a 1998 SL500 on which the headrests move up and down when I move the seat bottom back and forth. This doesn't happen on my 1997 SL500. Did something change in 1998 or is there a malfunction?

good question Don't know! With the memory seat set I rarely move the seat! my old 94 600 only has unwanted shifts in seat cushions when I move the seat back fully. The head rest stays the same height, but the seat back gets more vertical, and the base comes up from the floor so the base can move further from the fire wall and not wedge the back against the door pillar.
