91 500SL
Leaking fluid

I'm new to the MBWorld Forum and to MB as a whole but have a 91 500SL with an annoying leak. Really it only leaks when under power and looks to spit fluid onto the rear of the power steering reservoir. The fluid is kind of red in color but I am uncertain if it is power steering fluid. I noticed a hole in a bracket that holds the cruise control and mounts to the engine. Since this is a new car to me can anyone tell me if there is supposed to be a bolt in this mounting hole (see pic) and if so, would this be hydraulic fluid or oil that it is leaking out of that hole? Would anyone be able to help me find the part number for the bolt if in fact it is missing?

Does anyone know where I can find a parts breakdown of the front of the engine?

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
