Headlight question

in order to upgrade to the euro type halogen headlamps, do i have to change the entire headlamp housing? or just the lens? Car is a 1992 300SL

I just ordered a pair from autowerks in ca for my '01 SL. they come in completely self-contained housings. you might want to give them a call directly, they're very helpful. i don't have the number handy but ask for mike, they're in san diego. Bob

thanks for the reply unfortunately im overseas so i need an online source for the headlights any ideas? i really noticed the euro halogens to be much more beautiful than the us ones
