dashboard needs help
Hi again, today is my day to ask for help from the MB forum members.
fMy 90 300sl sat out in the sun a lot b4 i bought it. the dashboard is a little messed up. Does anyone have any ideas on how to straighten out this part of the dashboard?

never done a Benz R 129 dash removal. With that stated, I have done several Jaguar and MG's ( TG, TF, A, B, and 3000 Healey ) dash reworks.
Once out of the vehicle, ( being old I have never worked around the airbag system ) I strip, sand, prime, re-stain wood, re-foam, re-leather, (naughyde) (, dry fit instruments, re-trim leather ( too tight or loose and the instruments squeek, vibrate. )
Air vents were opened, cleaned, plastic tubing replaced and also repainted.
Depending on the wiring issues I used polaroids and drawings, masking tape and felt tip pins, there are many wires and too little light. cell phone camera with the LED light has changed that struggle!
