SL/R129: AC Issues

AC Issues
Hi All: looking for help. The compressor does not engage on my 1992 R129.
From everything I have read is appears to be an compressor speed senor issue. The clutch will engage with direct power. The Freon levels are good. I have found how to check for codes in the climate control unit and it read 01 (no codes) but cleared it anyhow.
I did have a power steering leak, which my have caused belt slippage.
Many things say to find the klima relay, I have no idea where that is. Can anyone point me to it? and is there a way to do a reset of the compressor speed sensor?
