in my limited exposure, seats and door panels were the same.
Look at your build sheet or owner tag.
I have seen several with two tones and accent thread, but that was all post delivery
I'm certain someone can ,with the vehicle ID can look it up.
While I have owned euro and us spec. vehicles the Pacific rim vehicles are not in my experience range.

I doubt person who can answer it definitely exist.
MB makes so many models on so many markets, that options are endless.
I believe you have at least 3 colors in the interior and I am not even going into details that the color looks different on carpet, different on leather and different on plastic.
