Best Way to Sell Car
I have a "collector quality" 1991 300SL (37k miles), extras, etc. and am looking for the best channels to advertise for maximum exposure and return

So any forum post to sell will gain informed eyes. car clubs and collector groups too.
I do not like selling to friends because they have continued to ask for support!!!!
While not for the faint of Heart, auctions may find a buyer. there are expenses and fees so in most cases is just a way to move the "old project".
I have not used ink to list anything for sale, so no newspapers!
What is the back story? a relative left you the car? found in a barn?

Believe it or not, in the Porsche 928 circles the "Bring a Trailer" website has been gaining popularity because they seem to attract buyers willing to pay good money.
