SL/R129: high idle?

high idle?
Hi,
I have a 1992 500SL and recently after a cold start and I would let the car run for like 4 or 5 minutes, the idle would hover past 10rpms and sometimes 12. Anyone know why this happens and how expensive the repair bill for something like this would be?
