1999 M-B SL500
SL 500 Ignition switch problem
The key sometimes jams in my 1999 SL500ignition switch and can't be removed. After I jiggle it, etc., it then comes out. How can I fix it? I'm afraid that sometime it won't come out then I'll be in a fix. Thanks, Ned

Out Of Control!!
First you have to determine what is causing the key not to removed---is it the key or ignition module----then replace the faulty component----how do you do that---- time knowledge and diagnostic tools!
