Hello I have a tilt on my sl500 stuck in down position.I took it all the way down to remove dash cluster when I was replacing dash cluster I tried to move it back in up position and it wouldn't move.it goes in and out but not back up.I can hear motor working bit no movement.I tried nuging it upward while using switch but not moving up
Anyone with idea

First try disconnecting the battery--then reconnect does the function work--if not--well it's a

Ok thanks for reply.I'll try doing that.I do hear motor when I use toggle switch and it does still telescope in and out.
